Dr. Michaela (Kayla) Vigilante, MD is a board-certified physician providing aesthetic procedures with an eye for detail and a gentle touch.

Dr. Vigilante is a Southern California native who received her undergraduate education from UCLA. She attended medical school and completed a residency in pediatrics at Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Vigilante lived and practiced in San Diego before relocating to the Coachella Valley where she established her private medical aesthetics practice.

Dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in a judgment-free environment, Dr. Vigilante performs both botox and dermal filler procedures. She believes in the importance of patient-centered medicine, making sure clients are heard and understood so they can look and feel their best.
